Shop Assistant
Job Description Now hiring for a full-time Shop Assistant in Rushford, MN.
The core hours will be 8:
00am - 4:
30pm with a half hour unpaid lunch and two paid 10 minute breaks.
- Employee is responsible for:
o Assisting technicians in evaluating, repairing, demonstrating, and setup on machines.
o Cleaning machines.
o Machine demonstration videos on all Board Handling Equipment and assisting technicians with machine demonstration videos for all other machines.
o Machine and parts photos.
o Building and grounds maintenance.
o Receiving items and entering parts in inventory.
o Processing orders, offers and answering questions for our Ebay store.
o Loading and unloading trucks and processing paperwork associated with shipments.
o Package deliverieso Backup for Office Assistant when absent (Microsoft Suite Experience) ? Answer phone? Email correspondence? Schedule shipments? Parts ordering? Prepare shipping paperwork? Other duties as needed Requirements High school diplomaEmployee will be required to operate forklift and other moving equipment.
Employee must maintain a valid driver-s license.
This job will require working extended hours including weekends.
Employee may be required to perform other duties as required by business needs.
